Alex co-founded Y-Spacesolution in 2014,having past solid experience in leasing consultancy service with global leading real estate company. Prior to that, Alex led a broker team as Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International,Shanghai respectively.
Alex has extensive industrial network in the sector of commercial real estate and investment.
奚云波先生于2014年与其他两位合伙人共同创立Y-Spacesolution. 在此之前，奚先生分别供职于全球知名房地产顾问公司高纬环球和高力国际，担任高级董事，带领商业地产办公楼顾问经纪团队在中国开展业务。
奚先生具有专业的行业知识与经验，在商业地产和投资领域有着广泛的网络与人脉。
Raymond co-founded Y-Spacesolution in 2014, having held past senior roles with Air France & KLM Airlines and REGUS global serviced office provider.
Raymond has led, managed the whole team and portfolios as Senior Area Director in Northern China.
Raymond has particular experience in business analysis, commercial real estate investment and management.
张鹏先生于2014年创立Y-Spacesolution。之前，张先生分别在法国航空公司与荷兰皇家航空公司，以及全球知名服务式办公提供商雷格斯担任高级管理人员。
张先生担任北中国区区域总监期间，带领运营和销售团队，管理旗下位于北中国区的办公资产项目。张先生在商业分析与财务，商业地产投资与管理领域有着丰富的经验。
Tenyson co-founded Y-Spacesolution with other two partners, prior to which he has working experience with Ritz-Carlton hotel, Morgan Stanley Property and REGUS in their Corporate operation and project management practice.
Tenyson holds CPM and CCIM and he has rich experience in asset management and investment sector in various type of commercial real estate assets such as hotel, apartment and office projects.
周骁明先生与其他两位合伙人共同创立Y-Spacesolution。就此之前，周先生分别在丽兹卡尔顿酒店、摩根士丹利房地产中国和雷格斯就职，从事运营与项目管理的高级管理工作。周先生作为美国商业地产投资协会CCIM 国际注册商业地产投资师及国际资产管理协会CPM国际注册资产管理师，具备在酒店、办公等商业地产领域，丰富的房地产资产管理经验。
